• The opening offer of a discount is for an introductory period and is available on selected room sizes only.
  • The discount will run to the agreed time when it will then revert to the standard rate. i.e 50% off for 8 weeks will run for a period of 8 weeks until it then reverts to the standard rate.
  • The minimum stay for any opening offer is 14 days; if you move out prior to the 14 day minimum stay period the offer will not apply to your storage or flexi office rental. 14 days notice to vacate is required to avoid penalty charges.
  • The promotion is offered to new customers that do not currently have storage with us.
  • You are only entitled to this offer once during your stay, regardless of how many additional rooms taken or room transfers made.
  • If the Customer Licence is transferred into another name, the opening offer will not be reapplied. If your items are moved to a relatives unit then we reserve the right to remove the discount at any time.
  • This promotion is for the duration of the discount stated and you can only choose one discount. This cannot be altered after the date of the move in i.e. you cannot then ask to switch to a longer term discount if you have already opted for 8 weeks half price.
  • This promotion applies to self storage, vehicle parking and flexi office rental only.
  • If you move out prior to the completion of your Opening Offer – and you have stayed 14 days or more – a proportion of the opening offer discount will be claimed back. i.e. If you take the 8 week option and then move out after 6 weeks, you will be refunded 2 weeks storage at half price.
  • Billericay Self Storage / Big Bear Self Storage reserve the right to withdraw the discount at any time.
